I love these, and they are so easy to make I can genuinely think “ooh, I’d like a biscuit” and have these ready to eat in 30 minutes. What could be better than that?
- 1/3 x cup coconut flour
- 2 x medium eggs
- 2 x tsp vanilla essence
- 1/3 x cup dried cranberries/sultanas/dried fruit of your choice
- 1 x tsp baking powder
- 1/3 x cup melted coconut oil
- 1 x tsp Agave (if you have a sweet tooth, I think the fruit makes it sweet enough)
