This is such an easy clean eating win. Protein, veg, make in advance and eat cold, have hot, have with a salad, change the veg to whatever you love, and on and on and on. And it’s so cheap to make.
Succulent. Spicy. Clean. Tasty. Four words that tick my food box. I needed some meat to go with my Mexican Black Beans, and found the BBC’s fab Peri Peri roast chicken recipe. My slight alteration on how to cook saves a few steps and a lot of waiting time, and still creates a perfectly moist and… Continue reading Clean and spicy Peri Peri style chicken
I am a sucker for black beans. When we eat out for Mexican I always get a bowl to myself, even though it sure as heck ain’t good for your body. It is, however good for your soul. So, what’s the answer when you have a ‘treat’ food you love but know you shouldn’t really eat?… Continue reading Spicy black beans

The cucumber salad is a light and lovely plate to have in the evening too, fill… Continue reading Spicy lamb kofta & cucumber salad
A perfect dinner. Protein rich and full of flavour. I really love curry, it’s a dish that you can make with so many different meats, all clean and all healthy. As a rule of thumb I avoid fats (ghee – no) or cream-based recipes. Either go dry like this tikka, or use a tomato base… Continue reading Clean chicken tikka kebab
